About the Role:

Beau & Ro is a Charleston-based women's lifestyle brand with two neighboring retail experiences on historic King Street. Alongside our flagship boutique, Sister Shop is an elevated extension of the Beau & Ro brand—a thoughtfully curated destination celebrating global craftsmanship, timeless design, and emerging talent through apparel, home décor, accessories, and one-of-a-kind finds. At the heart of Sister Shop is our Designer in Residence program, which spotlights a rotating designer through exclusive collections, immersive in-store experiences, and curated storytelling.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Key Holder to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead by example. This role works closely with our management team to create exceptional customer experiences while helping bring the unique story of both Beau & Ro and Sister Shop to life. As part of our growing retail team, you'll have the opportunity to support both locations, develop your leadership skills, and grow with a locally owned Charleston brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling and relationship building.

  • Drive individual and team sales while supporting daily and monthly store goals.

  • Open and close the store independently while following company procedures.

  • Serve as a leader on the sales floor and support the management team with daily operations.

  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining store standards.

  • Coach and encourage team members through positive leadership and by leading through example.

  • Help execute floor sets, new product launches, and in-store events.

  • Step in wherever needed to ensure the store operates efficiently and successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience required.

  • Previous key holder, supervisory, or management experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and solution oriented.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
