Nantucket - Store Manager 

We're hiring a Nantucket store manager for the 2023 season. In town housing available.

As a team member at Beau & Ro, you’ll focus primarily on ensuring the store hits sales goals, and delivers the highest level of customer experience. We’re looking for people who are proactive, a quick learner, and looking to make a direct impact on our success! We're looking for team members starting now through October.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers, driving sales and a fun customer experience
• Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is well merchandised at all times
• Assist with planning and overseeing marketing and any in-store promotional events

Generous compensation, based on experience. Prior retail experience preferred, but no required. 

On island housing available if needed.
