When will my order ship?

Domestic orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Most domestic orders arrive within a few business days once shipped, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Yes — expedited shipping is available at checkout for domestic orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Beau & Ro ships internationally, including Canada and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and duties/taxes are paid by the customer. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit. 

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our customer care team at info@beauandro.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at checkout when applicable. 

What is your return policy?

Eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

How many days do I have to return an item?

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase. In-store purchases are eligible for store credit within 10 days. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, domestic exchanges are available through our online return portal which you can access here.

Are sale items final sale?

Yes. All sale items and swimsuits are final sale.

You can begin your return or exchange through our online return portal using your order number and shipping zip code. 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Can I return online purchases in store?

Yes, our sales associates can assist you with in-store return options for online purchases.

How does sizing run?

Beau & Ro styles run true to size. 

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, sizing guidance is available on product pages to help determine your best fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, especially in woven cotton styles.

How tall are the models and what size are they wearing?

Model sizing details are included on select product pages when available.

How should I wash/care for my garments?

We recommend gentle cold washing or dry cleaning depending on the garment. Please follow the care instructions listed on the label for best results.

Are your pieces handmade?

Many Beau & Ro styles feature artisan techniques including hand block printing, embroidery, and small-batch craftsmanship.

Why may prints vary slightly?

Because many of our textiles are hand printed and artisan made, slight variations in color and print placement are part of the unique beauty of each piece.

How often do you release new collections?

Beau & Ro releases seasonal collections and new arrivals nearly every month throughout the year.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Select launches and special collections may occasionally be offered as pre-orders.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us at info@beauandro.com as quickly as possible after placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards are available online and physical gift cards are available for purchase in store.

Where are your products made?

Many Beau & Ro collections are thoughtfully produced in India at our fair trade factory, Olive Workshop.

Do you work with artisans?

Absolutely, supporting artisan craftsmanship is a core part of the Beau & Ro brand philosophy and we do so through our brands and the other brands that we carry in our stores.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, Beau & Ro offers select wholesale partnerships.
