The Beau & Ro x Blakely Made Collaboration was created to bring Blakely’s art to life! Sara and Blakely looked through Blakely’s beautiful and layered sketchbooks and selected imagery and past works that they thought would translate into patterns for fabric. From there the collection began to take form. It has been a privilege to turn Blakely’s work into wearable art.

Behind The Collection

Sara worked with Charleston-based artist Blakely Little of Blakely Made to bring her art to life with this very special collaboration. The creation of this collection started over a year ago by pouring over Blakely’s beautiful and layered sketchbooks and selecting imagery and past works that she and Sara thought would translate into patterns for fabric. From there the collection began to take form.

Once the designs were finalized, Sara traveled to Andros, Greece to join Blakely’s artist retreat and photoshoot the collection at the very location that inspired so many of the paintings featured in this collection.

It has been a privilege to turn Blakely’s work into wearable art.
